A year-end donor premium is a gift a ministry sends to thank supporters for their December giving, or to invite a gift during the year-end appeal. The best ones are meaningful enough to keep, tied to the ministry's message, and delivered on time. Holy Land gifts, handmade in Israel and paired with Scripture, meet all three, as long as you plan the schedule backward from your mailing date.
Why year-end is the most important season for donor gifts
For most ministries, December is the largest giving month of the year. Donors are deciding where their final gifts go, and many are giving for the first time. A thoughtful gift does two jobs at once: it thanks loyal partners, and it gives new donors a tangible reason to stay connected into the new year.
A physical gift from the land of the Bible carries a story an email cannot. When a donor holds a piece of olive wood or a Jerusalem keepsake, it connects their giving to the place where their faith began.
What makes a good year-end premium?
A strong year-end premium meets four tests:
- It matches your message. If your December teaching is about light, a menorah piece fits. If it is about peace, a Shalom dove keepsake fits.
- It matches the donor level. Entry-level donors receive a keepsake; major donors receive a display piece.
- It carries your ministry's name. Branding on the gift, packaging or insert card keeps your ministry in view every time the donor sees it.
- It arrives on time. A gift that lands in mid-January loses most of its impact.
Year-end gift ideas by donor level
Entry-level gifts for large mailings
For appeals that reach thousands of donors, choose small, durable keepsakes that mail easily:
- Jerusalem Metal Star of David: a cast-metal keepsake with Jerusalem in raised relief and a blue hanging cord.
- Peace Dove Shalom Keychain: an everyday reminder of peace, paired with John 14:27 on your insert card.
- Olive wood keepsakes: natural Holy Land olive wood, engraved with your verse.

Sustaining donor gifts for monthly partners
Your monthly partners carry the ministry all year. Thank them with a piece they will display at home, such as the Jerusalem olive wood coasters or a framed Priestly Blessing (Numbers 6:24–26). See all sustaining donor gifts.
Major donor gifts for leadership partners
For your most committed partners, choose a centerpiece with a story, such as the Seven Species Wall Mobile, with the seven biblical species of Deuteronomy 8:8 in silver and gold relief. See all major donor gifts.
How to customize a year-end gift
Every gift can carry your ministry's identity. Depending on the piece, that means your name and logo, your chosen Scripture, a campaign message such as "Thank you for standing with us this year," and a branded insert card. Customization is available in English, Spanish, or both on one gift. See the customization options.
Why authenticity matters to your donors
Donors often ask a simple question: is this really from the Holy Land? Each of our gifts is made by hand in Israel and ships with a certificate of authenticity that names the piece, the material and its origin. You can see how we make each gift, from the workshop to the packing table.
How to schedule your year-end gift
Work backward from the date your appeal mails or your gifts must arrive:
- Free samples: typically 5–10 business days, so your leadership can approve the gift in hand.
- Design proof: within 3–5 business days of receiving your logo and Scripture.
- Production: standard production is 3–5 weeks.
- Fulfillment: we ship from our warehouse in Grand Prairie, Texas, either in bulk to your ministry or mail house, or directly to each donor.
If you are working to a fixed date, tell us the date and quantity. We confirm a production schedule in writing before you order.
